Morning snack:- Drink green tea or black coffee along with one fruit of your choice.
OR
Two brown bread with peanut butter
In between morning snack and lunch drink two glass of water
Lunch:- One bowl of lentil(dal),1 chapati and raw vegetables
Drink two glass of water 1 hr before evening snack
Evening snack: Green tea or black coffee
Drink two glass of water before 2 hrs of dinner
Dinner:- 1 chapati with mixed vegetables and raw vegetables
