How to lose Body weight

Most common problems in all around the world in fitness deals with How to lose weight ?. Many people just keep on surfing and watching videos about how to lose weight . They do follow for a certain period of time of all the diet they have been watching for all the time but at the end they do quit because of several reasons.Losing weight or body fat is not a one day or week process, you need to understand that how much time you kept on eating unneccessary stuffs or in other words the Junk Foods to make you fat or adding on to your weight , you need to give equivalent time to same on losing your body weight.
Here are some tips on how one can easily lose weight by simply just changing some of your daily routine.
1.Start your day with drinking 2 glass of water.This will help to kickstart metabolism of your body.
2.Go for walk for about 10-20 minutes or do some excercise whichever you prefer to do but make sure to do on an empty stomach. By doing excercise on an empty stomach your body will use energy from your body fat and this is how your process of losing weight will begin.
3.Count your calories what you are eating in a day, calculate maintainence calories which can be calculated from google and try to reduce no. of calories by 200 or 300.
For eg: If your maintainence calories is 1500 then try to take 1200 calories per day.(Calories deficit).
4.Try to reduce the no. of carbohydrates from your meal but not completely.
5.Increase the no. of protein intake in your diet.
6.Include raw vegetables atleast once in your meal , this will help to cut down the lower belly fat.
7.Avoid junk food.
8.Drink atleast 4-5 litres of water in a day.
